Administration Team:

David Barcon, President/CEO:
David Barcon is a native Arizonan with over thirty-five years of experience in manufacturing engineering, design, and drafting. Twenty- four of those years were with leaders in the Aerospace Industry covering all facets of design, manufacturing, and quality. As President and CEO of CADD Solutions Inc. Mr. Barcon is responsible for the management, staffing, and general overview of all projects. He works with design, manufacturing and suppliers to enhance communication and ensure customers’ expectations are met. Mr. Barcon’s extensive experience has led to the successful assembly of motivated and talented personnel that form CADD Solutions Inc.

Judee Barcon, Secretary/CFO:
Judee Barcon serves as Chief Financial Officer for CADD Solutions, Inc. She oversees all office administration and coordinates communication among all officers of the business. Judee is also responsible for financial planning and record-keeping, as well as financial reporting to the company CEO.

Lisa Potter, Employee/Client Relations Director:
Lisa Potter began working full time for CADD Solutions, Inc. in June of 2007. She graduated from Northern Arizona University in December 2005 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Management and a Certificate in Human Resources. Lisa is experienced in all aspects of employee relations and management. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and passed their Professional in Human Resource (PHR) examination in December 2006.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN:

Tammy Barcon, Design Engineer:
Tammy Barcon has been working for CADD Solutions, Inc. since May of 1999. She holds an AGS (Associates in General Studies), AAS (Associates of Applied Sciences in Applied Technology-Electro-Mechanical Drafting), Certificates of Completion in: Electro-Mechanical Drafting, Micro Circuit Mask Design, Computer Aided Drafting and Mechanical Drafting from Mesa Community College.
Tammy is well versed in many different types of projects; whether it is tool design, architectural drawings, crane boom design, structural steel shop drawings or an automated machine design. She is also proficient in all major design software products including: AutoCAD; Pro-Engineer (Pro-E); SDS/2 and Cabinet Vision.

Elizabeth Perkins, CAD Draftsman:
Elizabeth Perkins has been working as a draftsman for custom homes and remodels since 2006. She has worked on homes all across and outside of the valley including Mesa, Phoenix, Gilbert, Apache Junction, Queen Creek, Florence, Tonto Basin, etc. Her scope of work has included: assisting in the design and completion of floor plans along with drawing elevations, foundation plans, framing plans, cross sections, electrical plans, mechanical plans, details, isometrics, etc. She is also very experienced in applying structural engineering to plans as well as city redlines. Elizabeth has been well trained in using AutoCAD 2000, AutoCAD 2005, and AutoCAD light 2008.

MECHANICAL DESIGN:

Steve Sprenger, Principal Engineer:
Steve Sprenger has worked for CADD Solutions, Inc. since February 2003. He received an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Design through Blackhawk Technical Institute in Wisconsin and has worked in the engineering field since 1981. In 2006, he passed the ASME examination and received Senior Level Certification as a Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Professional and became an ASME Member. Over the years, he has been trained in CADAM, MicroStation, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Pro ENGINEER. He also has a range of experience in various mechanical fields, from Tool Design and Automated Assembly Equipment, to Architectural and Structural Steel Detailing.
